Job Title: Road Safety Supervisor/Lead Trainer

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Jacksonville West (GSA5)
Pay Range: Based on experience
Job Description: Under the direction of the Safety Supervisor the Road Safety Supervisor/Driver trainer is a Non – Exempt role. In this role you will be responsible for the training of all new Driver candidates, in addition it is the expectation that the Road Safety Supervisor/Driver Trainer is upholding and teaching the highest industry safety standards to new employees. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Driver Trainer and the ability to lead and oversee candidates to a new career as CDL School Bus Drivers.
Duties:
+ Train and supervise all new Driver candidates.
+ Oversee Driver training.
+ Ensure all company policies and safety standards are being maintained.
