UNC Medical Center is hiring New Grad Nurses for the Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center
About this Position:
+ Collaborative, supportive team in a high-volume outpatient setting
+ Provide comprehensive care to each patient along their cancer journey
+ Infusion Center encompasses multiple treatment modalities including procedural care, phlebotomy/lab draws, chemotherapy/biotherapy infusions, blood product administration, Bone Marrow Transplant patient care, clinical trial administration and monitoring, and urgent care visits
+ We also provide education and emotional support to our patients and families through their visits
It is expected that candidates will have their North Carolina RN license prior to their start date.
Our New Graduate Residency program is a yearlong program supporting transition from academia to practice for new graduate nurses. The program is layered on top of orientation to provide mentored cli...
