RN - Labor & Delivery

RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. Our RN provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. Responsibilities Provides performance feedback to team members input to Manager/Director regarding appraisals. Planning - Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Coordination of Care- Plans and evaluates care in collaboration with appropriate disciplines for assigned patients. Documents and reports care delivered to the physicians and other team members as needed. Knowledge - In collaboration with Leader/Director, actively pursues required knowledge and skills through orientation activities specific to the unit, unit based in-service programs, reading current literature and seeking new clinical learning opportunities.
