RN House Supervisor - Day/Night Shift

Registered Nurses w/ we & call RN House Supervisor is an experienced nurse who collaborates with directors and administration to provide 24/7 oversight of hospital operations to ensure adherence to health system policies and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for coordination of quality patient care and often serves as the after-hours and weekend leader, addressing patient concerns and facilitating efficient hospital throughput and optimal staffing.
