RMV Revenue and Debt (Accountant II)

*Position Summary* *RMV Revenue Operations Unit * The Revenue Operations Unit (ROU) is a shared service with MassDOT, responsible for RMV Revenue and Debt Management. The ROU provides support for internal customers on Revenue transaction research and issue resolution on RMV business transactions. The ROU also assists external customers with resolving, clarifying, and understanding general revenue issues. Issues are reviewed and resolutions provided for financial issues related to RMV business transactions. The review process of financial related information is carried out both within the RMV Atlas system and through external financial services. Understanding how revenue is collected and the many various ways errors and failed payments can occur, allows Revenue staff to research issues and provide solutions.
