Role Overview

Our client, a leading GCC retailer, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to spearhead the Omni‑Channel transformation within the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) landscape. This contract position, based in Dubai, will report to the Programme Lead and focus on delivering comprehensive requirements and practical end‑to‑end solutions in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder setting.

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross‑functional teams to shape the RMS solution for the future.
• Convert business requirements into testable specifications and success criteria for development squads.
