Opportunity Description
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) within the NHS, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centered care to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care packages that promote recovery, resilience, and independence. You will ensure a safe, therapeutic environment that respects patients' rights, dignity, and diverse needs while adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct and NHS Trust policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care Delivery: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, manage complex risks, and formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, carers, and the MDT.
Medication Management: Safely administer, monitor, and review psychiatric medications in line with NMC guidelines and local trust policies, observing for side effects and efficacy.
