Job Overview
Kandor Management Corp is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RFP Proposal Writer to support our business development efforts through the creation of high quality, compliant, and compelling proposal responses. This role is well suited for a strong writer who performs well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and enjoys collaborating with cross functional teams to translate complex information into clear and persuasive proposals.
As part of the proposal team, the successful candidate will manage the full RFP process from initial review and strategy development through writing, coordination, and final submission. This role plays a key part in helping Kandor secure new business opportunities and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
