RF & Microwave Broadcast Ops Lead

Alabama Public Television (APT) seeks a full-time Assistant Broadcast Director to operate and maintain a major statewide broadcast network. The role supports the Deputy Director and Broadcast Director to ensure reliable signal delivery across our network and compliance with standards.

You will oversee transmitter sites, troubleshoot RF and electrical systems, and work with the NOC to maintain logs. The position demands field work, leadership, and routine maintenance of equipment in Alabama.
