What will you do: Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns. Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE. Provide general operational support for benefits administration. Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations. Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders Operate and administer our benefit offers Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data What qualifications will make you successful: Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent. Knowledge of Human Resources, acquired either through professional experience or academic training. Experience with databases and proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical skills.
