Revenue Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.Analyze historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to forecast future business levels.Monitor daily pickup, pace, and booking trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.Develop short-term and long-term revenue forecasts and budget recommendations.Identify opportunities to increase revenue across all hotel segments.Pricing & Inventory Management
