Revenue & Inventory Accounting Lead — IFRS & Controls (Hybrid)

Alcon is seeking a seasoned accountant to lead accounting and financial reporting in a hybrid Mexico City role. You will ensure IFRS compliance, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and support audits, while coordinating with regional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands‑on accounting experience, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle), and excellent communication. A Master’s degree is preferred and the position offers flexible hours with some remote work.
