Position Summary
The successful candidate will receive requests through Salesforce from financial partners, manage Registered Retirement Plans in accordance with CRA guidelines, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and tax deductions, and process withdrawals related to retirement funds.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Receive requests through Salesforce from financial partners.
- Manage Registered Retirement Plans in accordance with CRA guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and tax deduction requirements.
- Process withdrawals related to retirement funds.
- Review and process requests accurately and within established timelines.
- Work closely with internal partners to support operational requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of banking or financial institution experience.
- Proficiency with MS 365, including:
- Excel
