**Job Description:**
Under the supervision of the Benefits Manager, the Retirement and Well-Being Coordinator has responsibility for administering and communicating Highland Hospital’s Retirement and Well-Being Programs in accordance with government regulations, plan documents and Highland’s policies and procedures.
**Benefits/Retirement 403(b) Plan Administration:**
+ Administers daily operations of the 403(b) Plan including processing TIAA/recordkeeper action items, ensuring compliance with controlled group coordination rules, resolving uncashed distribution and annuity checks status.
+ Oversee audits of deferral elections between TIAA/recordkeeper system and payroll system to ensure accuracy of payroll deductions.
