Our client is expanding their international team in Mexico and is currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join their Retention Department.

• Retention Agent – Spanish (LATAM Market)
• Retention Agent – Portuguese Market

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Retention role within the FX industry .
• Previous experience in a similar position is a must .
• Native or fluent Spanish (for LATAM desk) or Portuguese (for Portuguese desk).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
