The role is a six‑month deployed Retail Supervisor, supervising a retail store for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations abroad. The position requires managing retail operations, staff, inventory, cash handling, and logistical support to enhance troop morale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail team and daily operations.
• Enforce health, hygiene, safety, and security standards and programs.
• Prepare cash audits and reconcile deposits.
• Authorize refunds, voids, and returns; manage keys, safe combinations, and access codes.
