Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members to assign responsibilities for stocking, cleaning, labeling, and decorating the store.
- Supervise and coordinate all sales transactions between staff and cashiers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Attend to customer queries and complaints in person or over the phone, addressing issues like employee behavior, product availability, and returns.
- Facilitate resolution of escalated customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register, handling payments through cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
