Essential Duties and responsibilities
Lead discussions on Retail planning outlook to support accurate forecasting, strategic plans, and in-year plan achievementSupports HLF forecasting, demand planning and consensus approach, via the S&OP process, facilitating ongoing ‘Risks and Opportunities’ identification and timely solutionsLead or support strategic projects that enhance Sales Planning capabilitiesDrive the activity/solutions gap to sales forecast and budget. Ensure that cross-functionally gaps are reviewed, resolved or escalated with recommendations and alternatives for closure.
