Responsibilities

  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously on the telephone and in person.
  • Up‑sell and cross‑sell corporate products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Problem‑solve and resolve shipment issues.
  • Resolve equipment and technology challenges.
  • Collaborate with head office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and other corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with head office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, corporate partners, customers, vendors and building tenants.
  • Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges using technology.
  • Load, scan, log and resolve freight processing issues.
