Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously on the telephone and in person.
- Up‑sell and cross‑sell corporate products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
- Problem‑solve and resolve shipment issues.
- Resolve equipment and technology challenges.
- Collaborate with head office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and other corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with head office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, corporate partners, customers, vendors and building tenants.
- Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges using technology.
- Load, scan, log and resolve freight processing issues.
- Reconcile cash, including deposits and key control.
