Retail Manager

Advice is hiring for a well-established company in the construction and retail sector seeking a Retail Manager to join its operation in the Caribbean.

Will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including sales, financial management, and team leadership, the Retail Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient front counter sales, maintaining accurate cash balances, and optimizing inventory levels. They will lead by example, organize the store layout, and support marketing initiatives, contributing to a positive customer experience and the achievement of sales targets.

Will be in charge of the following areas:

Front Counter Sales (enter orders and collect payments).

Daily Cash Balancing and Deposits.

Inventory and Financial Management.

Meeting Sales Goals.

Team Leadership.
