Deliver in-the-moment, performance-based coaching to Client Advisors and Team Managers on the sales floorDrive performance against key metrics including sales, AUR, conversion, Mystery Shopping, Net Promoter Scores, and clientelingLead, develop, and inspire a team of Retail Learning Coaches to implement training programs consistently across storesPartner with Store Directors and Team Managers to develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans for identified performersEnsure training programs translate into consistent, daily in-store behaviours through effective learning sustainment strategiesIdentify and deliver targeted skill-building exercises and workshops tailored to store and individual needsDrive adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and assess post-training applicationChampion the onboarding of new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with Tiffany & Co. client experience and selling expecta...
