Retail Floor Care Specialist

TJ Maxx is seeking a dedicated team member to help maintain a clean, organized store environment with emphasis on floor care and customer experience.

Responsibilities include operating a floor scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. You will cross-train across store areas to support the business and uphold safety standards.
