As a Retail Events Operations Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end operational execution of brand-led store events across Sephora Canada. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end high-volume event intake, review, and approval processes, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Sephora guidelines and compliance standards
• Track and validate required event documentation, following up with brand partners to ensure completeness within defined timelines
• Own brand-facing communication, providing clear, professional correspondence, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
