Retail assistant manager - forecourt (petroleum) newcastle - permanent

We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations at a busy fuel and retail site in Newcastle, Kwa Zulu‑Natal.

What You'll Do: Oversee daily site operations including the forecourt, retail shop, and QSR counter Manage stock control, ordering, receiving, and shrinkage (target below 2%) Conduct fuel dips, reconcile wetstock, and investigate variances Handle cash-ups, safe balances, till controls, and daily financial reporting Maintain brand and mystery shopper standards Train, lead, and support frontline staff Act as Site Manager when required What You'll Need: Retail, FMCG, or petrol/forecourt management experience Win Branch system experience (strongly preferred) Strong numerical and financial skills Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays Must live in Newcastle or be willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr
