Enhance the lives of seniors as a Restorative Care Aide with GEM Health Care Group. This part-time role promotes health through personalized care and engaging programs in a supportive environment.
We are looking for a compassionate Restorative Care Aide / Program Facilitator with a strong senior care background. You will collaborate with nursing staff and physiotherapists to create individualized care programs that foster independence and health. Expect to implement recreational activities that engage residents meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on individual nursing restorative care programs
• Document program progress and meet with management monthly
• Provide training to nursing staff on restorative programs
• Evaluate individualized programs based on residents' goals
• Assist with physiotherapy assessments and follow-ups
