As a key member of the Design & Construction Team, you will report to the Senior Director of Hotel and Restaurant Renovations. This position requires hands-on project oversight, strong organizational skills, and experience in the restaurant sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality renovations that align with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Develop and mentor a self-performing renovation team
• Attend and contribute to regular project meetings
• Coordinate materials, trades, and suppliers efficiently
