Restaurant Operations Controller

The Carnival All Day Buffet is looking to hire Restaurant Operations Controllers across its Ada Plot and Gulberg branches. This is a supervisory-level operations role designed to bring full accountability to our buffet operations — from opening stock to closing food cost report.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover count verification against cashier billing records — slot by slot, every shift
• Live buffet dish refill counting and real-time system entry during service
• Opening and closing stock verification across kitchen and store
• Approval of Material Requisition Notes — coordinating between store and production
• Buffet closing food accountability — categorization, documentation, zero unrecorded disposal
• Food cost data entry and report readiness before shift end
