Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive store‑level human resources objectives: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management/evaluations, disciplinary action, succession planning, payroll and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with all company, provincial, federal and local labour laws and policies.
