Restaurant Manager

Cape Joy is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our Klapmuts estate. This role is for a leader who can drive profitability, elevate guest experiences, and uphold operational excellence across the full scope of restaurant operation. Requirements Grade 12 (Matric); Hospitality Management qualification advantageous. 5+years restaurant management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or GM role within fine dining or luxury hospitality. Proven experience developing and managing SOP's and ensuring regulatory compliance (food safety, liquor, labour, OHS). Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management. Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, ZOHO system and Microsoft Office. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
