Cape Joy is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our Klapmuts estate. This role is for a leader who can drive profitability, elevate guest experiences, and uphold operational excellence across the full scope of restaurant operation.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric); Hospitality Management qualification advantageous.
5+years’ restaurant management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or GM role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
Proven experience developing and managing SOP's and ensuring regulatory compliance (food safety, liquor, labour, OHS).
