Respiratory Therapist (Edmonton)

Overview

Assisted Living Alberta is dedicated to enhancing care in the community, helping people be healthy, well, and independent in their homes and communities. We provide services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services, and Palliative Care. This position is a Respiratory Therapist Nurse on the Palliative Care team, working to improve the quality of life and end‑of‑life experience for clients with life‑limiting illness.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/implement individualized respiratory therapy care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on response and care plan goals.
• Provide direct therapeutic services, education, and connection to necessary resources.
