**What You'll Do**
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide advanced cardiopulmonary care for medically complex patients, including:
+ Assessing patients and developing respiratory treatment recommendations
+ Managing invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation
+ Administering oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, nebulized medications, and humidification therapies
+ Performing tracheostomy care, suctioning, airway management, and secretion clearance techniques
+ Monitoring patient status through pulse oximetry, capnography, arterial blood gases, chest imaging, and pulmonary function testing
+ Assisting with specialized procedures, including bronchoscopy, chest tube placement, tracheostomy procedures, and other respiratory-related interventions
