Halliburton Production Enhancement has secured more work and is recruiting Resource Planner to strengthen our team. We are looking for someone who identifies with Halliburton's values: Respect, Collaboration, Safety, Trust, and Integrity.

Communicate with the onshore Engineers and offshore Service Leaders for planning and optimization of the personnel within the PSL.

Coordinate Offshore personnel for their schedule, planning and training as required. Handle and carry out crew changes in collaboration with the customer.

Keep track of/check employees' competency, courses, and certificates. Booking helicopters, flights, hotels, and courses for employees.

Registration, updating, and maintenance of personnel data.

Regularly updating the personnel planning tool, crew change sheets, and other documents as required by the Company / PSL.
