Resource Mobilisation Manager

Child Welfare Durban & District (CWDD) is a century-old non-profit that protects and empowers vulnerable children and families across Greater Durban. We're looking for a hands-on Resource Mobilisation Manager to build and grow the income streams that sustain this vital work. It's a role for a resourceful, self-driven fundraiser who can develop donor relationships, write winning proposals and get events off the ground. Someone with a genuine passion for the child welfare cause and the ingenuity to make a real difference in a resource-constrained environment. In this role you will: Build and grow diversified, sustainable income across multiple channels. Develop strong relationships with corporate, philanthropic, government and individual donors.
