Opportunity Description
Team Structure:
Direct team of 7, with a broader team of 17. The work will be mostly independent, but there is a high degree of collaboration (especially during training) and team members are encouraged to reach out to each other when encountering issues.
Role Responsibilities:
· Supporting requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and monitoring background screening clearance
· Manage communications with internal and external partners to support the execution of program deliverables (e.g. Offer letter process; background screening, candidate or hiring manager follow-ups)
· Ensuring all requisitions are assigned (in Workday) within defined SLAs
· Manage the candidate and hiring manager experience (in Workday) throughout the post-offer process
· Execute on the end-to-end process of the offer letter and ensure all required reviews are completed and information is captured
