Insight Global is looking for a Resource Coordinator to support a centralized team within Internal Functions T&O, providing administrative coordination and hands‑on office operations support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business operations, supporting managers and their teams, and maintaining efficient office and facilities processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain organized filing systems for operational documents, reports, and records (both electronic and physical)
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications including correspondence, presentations, and procedural documentation
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate communications, escalating issues as needed
- Support expense reporting processes by preparing, submitting, and tracking departmental expenses
