As a key team member under the supervision of the Special Needs Resource Consultant Supervisor, you'll implement personalized program plans to facilitate inclusion. You will engage with caregivers and families, providing vital resources, and ensure adherence to Child Care Early Years Act regulations. Monitoring and adjusting individual plans for child development is fundamental to this role.
