Resort Operations Manager (Ottawa)

Calabogie Peaks Resort is seeking a hands‑on Resort Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Food & Beverage leader who is ready to take the next step into broader resort operations management.

The successful candidate will initially oversee Food & Beverage operations while working closely with ownership and department leaders across the resort. Within approximately six months, the role is expected to expand into additional operational responsibilities, providing a clear path toward senior resort leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Food & Beverage leadership experience
• Hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality management background
• Strong team leadership and guest service skills
• Hands‑on management style
• Experience managing labour, inventory, and operating costs
• Desire to grow into broader resort operations leadership
