We are a family-owned company with residential buildings in the Lower Mainland. We are offering an opportunity for someone with previous experience to manage either one or two apartment buildings.

Contract Position Summary

As a Resident Building/Leasing Manager, you are the primary contact and link for our residents. You are essential in developing and maintaining good resident relationships for our buildings. Your skills would include being approachable, proactive, organized and professional, cleaning skills, and a good working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required.
