Resident Architect

Responsibilities

• Assist the Qualified Person (Architect) (QP(Arch)) in supervising architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and material quality.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers (REs), Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site and design-related issues.
• Monitor the integration of architectural works with structural and M&E systems and attend site coordination meetings.
• Review and recommend approval of shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with the design intent.
