Reservations Consultant

A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg
requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at
least 5 years’ experience in a reservations department for multiple properties. The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.


Scope & General Purpose:

• Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business


• Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email


• Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar
