**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As a **Research Project Manager** , you will provide comprehensive oversight and leadership for the successful delivery of pre-clinical and clinical research projects, managing them from initiation to close-out. You are responsible for ensuring assigned research activities meet their strategic objectives.
Every day you will meticulously manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources for assigned trial(s), actively mitigating risks. This includes adept management of outside clinical sites, vendors, and all study meeting planning and execution.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of research methodologies and regulations. Your ability to manage multiple complex projects, drive collaboration, and consistently deliver high-quality results will be foundational.
