NDS is seeking a professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to fill the Research and Development Operations Supervisor position.
Position Summary:
The Research & Development (R&D) Operations Supervisor will lead the Research Operations organization in executing ingredient and energetic material testing and sub-scale energetic material production in support of factory propellant production and R&D programs. The R&D Operations Supervisor position will report to the Director of Research and work closely with the R&D Propellant Explosives and Pyrotechnics (PEP) Supervisor. The Supervisor will provide leadership to the Research Operations staff of laboratory and propellant technicians that will include setting expectations and holding people accountable. A qualified candidate must be able to create, manage, support and develop a highly technical staff of experts in energetic materials.
