Research Officer, Laboratory of Precision Disease Therapeutics (GIS)

The lab focuses on therapeutic target discovery and translational development for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), with a strong emphasis on siRNA-based therapeutics. Our research integrates patient‑derived multi‑omics datasets with in vivo functional genetic screening and human in vitro disease models to systematically identify and validate clinically relevant therapeutic targets.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related fields
• Prior experience in molecular biology and mammalian cell culture
• Experience with hepatocyte models, metabolic disease, or RNA‑based techniques is advantageous
• Experience with animal work (mouse handling, injections, tissue collection) is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
