Research Director

We are hiring a Director of Client Leadership & Growth at Kantar Insights Brazil to drive strategic client development, account expansion, and continuous value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute account growth plans, with a focus on portfolio expansion, revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify and structure new business opportunities within the existing client base, connecting clients’ strategic challenges to Kantar’s capabilities.
• Play a strong role in opportunity generation and value proposition development, integrating insights, AI‑enabled tools, innovation, and consulting.
• Ensure delivery excellence as the foundation for retention and sustainable growth.
