• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related disciplines
• Good theoretical knowledge of research designs in general
• Preferably with working experience in research projects and familiarity with research methods
• Experience with conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work within given deadlines
