Responsibilities- -Manage store’s P&L and lead a team. -Lead and manage a team of 10-20 employees. -Achieve sales targets and ensure cost management. -Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. -Implement cross-selling strategies. -Oversee finance and insurance processes.
- Deliver high-impact results through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and operational needs
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting to stakeholders
