**Day in Life:**
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and assist in training and developing Account Reps and Sr. Account Reps. Business continuity; provide back-up for other Account Reps during time-off and handle special projects as assigned by manager or supervisor. Assist with auditing and employee development. Coordinate and administer strategic marketing plans. Culture development.
_The starting salary for this role is $50K; commensurate with experience._
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist manager, supervisor in initial training regarding Hertz’ processes and primary job responsibilities for Account Representatives.
+ Monitor Account Rep activity in maintaining all workflow processes as outline in the job descriptions for the Account Reps.
+ The Account Administrator will act as mentor.
