Renewal Manager LATAM - Remote Growth & Retention

TestGorilla is seeking a Renewal Manager to protect and grow its existing revenue base. You will own the full renewal lifecycle for a high-volume portfolio, navigate pricing negotiations, and deploy proactive save plays to retain customers in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You'll work closely with Customer Success and Support to ensure customers realize value before renewal, leveraging AI tools to optimize coverage and drive renewals across NAMER and LATAM regions.
