In this Full-Time position, you'll address women's needs through empathetic virtual care strategies, supporting their journey through peri- to post-menopause. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client care in collaboration with coaches
• Execute virtual assessments and respond to client issues
• Formulate and revise individualized care plans
• Liaise with practitioners about client lab tests and follow-ups
• Document client interactions thoroughly in EMR
